Welcome to Dog Brothers Scotland – the site for information about Dog Brothers and Dog Brothers Martial Arts (DBMA) activities in Scotland. DBMA is a ‘System of many styles’ predominantly based on the Malphilindo martial arts of Kali (aka Arnis or Eskrima) and Silat, though also drawing on others such as Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Krabi Krabong (from Thailand) and many others.
Dog Brothers Scotland currently have classes in Glagow and Aberdeen, and hold regular workshops and Real Contact Stick Fighting (RCSF) sparring days. There are also regular DBMA events held around the UK in conjunction with the DBMA St Helens, DBMA Bristol and DBMA London & SE UK.
DBMA Europe has its headquarters in Bern, Switzerland, under the guidance of Guro Benjamin ‘Lonely Dog’ Rittiner. DBMA Europe run regular seminars, workshops and training camps throughout the year.
